Registration conditions and cancellation fee / person:
Registration fee of NIS 500 per person (will not be refunded to the passenger when the vacation is canceled for any reason). We allow the traveler to cancel his participation in a written notice to the company offices, up to 30 working days before departure. Cancellation from 29 working days to 14 working days - will be charged 50% of the cost of the package. From 13 working days to 4 working days - will be charged 70% of the cost of the package. From 72 hours before the trip - the passenger will be charged in full. If the sky will close or there will be no option to enter or exit the destination. All payment except registration fee will be refunded.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Corona cancellation policy:
Due to the unstable situation following the outbreak of the Corona virus in Israel and around the world, reimbursement of payments in the following cases:
1. If the customer is sick before leaving for a trip or needs to go into isolation (approval from the Ministry of Health is required), full refund of the trip payments excluding the cost of the flight ticket (approximately $ 400-300) / will be refunded according to airline policy. To includes Corona package.
2. If Ben Gurion Airport is closed to outgoing and incoming flights following a closure in Israel, the payment will be refunded.(Closure during which Ben Gurion Airport will remain open for flights' the trip / vacation will continue as planned.)
3. Every passenger must have insurance that also includes the departure and return days!
4. For those who have special health issues and / or take pills regularly - an extension to the basic travel insurance is needed.Do not forget and do not skimp on this section.
